Property Evaluation

The next step is for one of our property appraisors to evaluate your property. We would schedule an appointment which should only last about 15 minutes. During this evaluation we would need access to the property.

Presentation of Guaranteed offer

Once the property appraisal is completed we will create and present the Guaranteed Cash offer to you. The offer is good for 15 days and if it expires can be extended with a short review by us. We will explain the offer and answer any questions you have, but we will never pressure you in any way. If you accept this offer we would be able to close the sale within 14 days assuming that there are no issues out of our control.
